Conditions that apply for this authorisation
- QEC Ltd must perform the functions of a compliance certifier in an objective manner that promotes safety.
- QEC Ltd may only employ or engage Mrs Leigh-Anne Peake to perform the functions of a compliance certifier.
- QEC Ltd, each officer of QEC Ltd must remain fit and proper throughout the term of the authorisation
- QEC Ltd must maintain accreditation to AS/NZS ISO/IEC 17020 for the scope of accreditation issued on 5 July 2019 by IANZ.
- QEC Ltd must advise WorkSafe of any change to the scope of accreditation issued on 5 July 2019 by IANZ.
