3-chloro-p-toluidine hydrochloride (DRC 1339); alpha-chloralose; microencapsulated zinc phosphide; para-aminopropiophenone (PAPP); potassium cyanide; sodium cyanide; sodium fluoroacetate (1080); yellow phosphorus.

Conditions: The authorisation for the design of stationary tanks or process containers is limited to certification by QEC Ltd for tanks up to a maximum capacity of 60,000 L per tank used or intended to be used to contain a hazardous substance.

The fabricator of stationary tanks or process containers [Regulation 17.93(1)(b), Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]

Conditions that apply for this authorisation

  • QEC Ltd must perform the functions of a compliance certifier in an objective manner that promotes safety.
  • QEC Ltd may only employ or engage Mrs Leigh-Anne Peake to perform the functions of a compliance certifier.
  • QEC Ltd, each officer of QEC Ltd must remain fit and proper throughout the term of the authorisation
  • QEC Ltd must maintain accreditation to AS/NZS ISO/IEC 17020 for the scope of accreditation issued on 5 July 2019 by IANZ.
  • QEC Ltd must advise WorkSafe of any change to the scope of accreditation issued on 5 July 2019 by IANZ.
