Locations where classes 5.1.1 or 5.1.2 substances are present [Regulation 12.17, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Conditions: The certification of locations where class 5.1.1 substances are present is limited to the storage and use of packages up to an aggregate quantity of 25,000 kg or L.
The certification of locations where class 5.1.2 substances (non-permanent gases) are present is limited the storage and use up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 5,000 kg. No quantity limit applies for class 5.1.2 permanent gases.

Classes 2.1.1, 2.1.2 or 3.1
Locations where classes 2.1.1, 2.1.2 or 3.1 substances are present [Regulation 10.34, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Conditions: The certification of locations where class 2.1.1 substances are present is authorised for:
i. packages (cylinders) to a maximum aggregate quantity of 30,000 kg (non-permanent gases) or 30,000 cubic meters (permanent gases); and
ii. stationary container systems to a maximum aggregate quantity of 30,000 L.
The certification of locations where class 3.1 substances are present is authorised for:
i. storage in closed packages in cabinets; and
ii. storage in closed packages with a maximum aggregate quantity of 10,000 L in a store in a building; and
iii. storage of packages in a separate building or external storage area to a maximum aggregate quantity of 200,000 L
iv. storage in stationary container systems up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 200,000 L; and
v. storage in retail shop as per Regulations 11.32 and 11.33, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017; and
vi. use up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 10,000 L.

Conditions that apply for this authorisation
- Miss Ritchie must perform the functions of a compliance certifier in an objective manner that promotes safety.
- Miss Ritchie must remain a fit and proper person throughout the period of this authorisation.
