Conditions: The certification of handlers (class 6) does not include agrichemicals, veterinary medicines, fumigants and vertebrate toxic agents.

Conditions: The certification of locations where class 4 substances are present is limited to a maximum aggregate quantity of 400 kg.
Classes 5.1.1 or 5.1.2

Conditions: The certification of locations where class 5.1.1 substances are present is limited to storage in packages up to a maximum quantity of 12,000 kg.
The certification of locations where class 5.1.2 substances are present is limited to cylinders in storage and in use up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 1,200 kg (non-permanent gases) or 500 cubic meters (permanent gases)

Conditions that apply for this authorisation
- Mr O'Donnell must perform the functions of a compliance certifier in an objective manner that promotes safety.
- Mr O'Donnell must remain a fit and proper person throughout the period of this authorisation.
