Conditions: The certification of handlers (class 6) does not include agrichemicals, veterinary medicines, fumigants and vertebrate toxic agents.

Classes 3.2 or 4
Locations where classes 3.2 or 4 substances are present [Regulation 10.36, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Conditions: The certification of locations where class 4 substances are present is limited to a maximum aggregate quantity of 105,000 kg.
Classes 5.1.1 or 5.1.2
Locations where classes 5.1.1 or 5.1.2 substances are present [Regulation 12.17, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Conditions: The certification of locations where class 5.1.1 substances are present is limited to the storage and use up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 35,000 kg or L.
The certification of locations where class 5.1.2 substances are present is limited to the storage and use up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 5,000 kg (non-permanent gases) or 12,500 cubic meters (permanent gases).
The certification of locations where class 5.1.2 substances are present is limited to the storage and use up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 5,000 kg (non-permanent gases) or 12,500 cubic meters (permanent gases).
Classes 2.1.1, 2.1.2 or 3.1
Locations where classes 2.1.1, 2.1.2 or 3.1 substances are present [Regulation 10.34, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Conditions: The certification of locations where class 2.1.1 substances are present is limited to packages (cylinders) to a maximum aggregate quantity of 2,500 kg or 2,500 cubic meters (permanent gases).
The certification of locations where class 3.1 substances are present is limited to:
i. storage in closed packages in cabinets;
ii. storage in closed packages with a maximum aggregate quantity of 5,000 L in a store in a building;
iii. storage of packages in a separate building or external storage area to a maximum aggregate quantity of 20,000 L;
iv. storage in stationary container systems up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 60,000 L; and
v. use up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 2,500 L.
The certification of locations where class 3.1 substances are present is limited to:
i. storage in closed packages in cabinets;
ii. storage in closed packages with a maximum aggregate quantity of 5,000 L in a store in a building;
iii. storage of packages in a separate building or external storage area to a maximum aggregate quantity of 20,000 L;

Conditions: The certification of locations where class 5.2 substances are present is limited to organic peroxides in packaged goods only up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 5,000 kg.
Conditions that apply for this authorisation
- Mr O'Donnell must perform the functions of a compliance certifier in an objective manner that promotes safety.
- Mr O'Donnell must remain a fit and proper person throughout the period of this authorisation.
