Conditions that apply for this authorisation

  • Mr Mountfort must perform the functions of a compliance certifier in an objective manner that promotes safety and, in particular, may not use any third party to carry out any inquiry, inspection, assessment, or examination necessary to satisfy himself that the relevant requirements for a tank wagon in-service compliance certificate or a hazardous substance location compliance certificate have been met, except for the purposes of issuing any such certificate in the course of providing compliance certification services under the auspices of Dangerous Goods Compliance Limited.
  • Mr Mountfort must remain a fit and proper person throughout the period of this authorisation.
