Conditions: The certification of locations where class 5.2 substances are present is limited to organic peroxides in packages goods only up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 2,000 kg.
Classes 5.1.1 or 5.1.2
Locations where classes 5.1.1 or 5.1.2 substances are present [Regulation 12.17, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Conditions: The certification of locations where class 5.1.1 substances are present is limited to bulk storage up to a maximum aggregate capacity of 2,000 L.
The certification of locations where class 5.1.2 substances are present is limited to cylinders in storage and in use up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 6,000 kg (non-permanent gases) or 1,500 cubic meters (permanent gases).

Class 2.1.1
Locations where class 2.1.1 substances are present [Regulation 10.34, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Conditions: The certification of locations where class 2.1.1 substances are present is authorised for: i. packages (cylinders) to a maximum aggregate quantity of 5,000 kg (liquefied gases) or 5,000 cubic meters (permanent gases); ii. storage in stationary container systems to a maximum quantity of 12,000 L.
Class 3.1
Locations where class 3.1 substances are present [Regulation 10.34, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Conditions: The certification of locations where class 3.1 substances are present is authorised for:
i. storage in closed packages in one or more AS 1940 cabinets to a maximum aggregate quantity of 1,000 L;
ii. storage in closed packages with a maximum aggregate quantity of 450 L in a store in a building;
iii. storage of packages in a separate building or external storage area to a maximum aggregate quantity of 3,000 L;
iv. bulk storage at vehicle refuelling facilities up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 150,000 L;
v. use up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 450 L; and
vi. paint mixing rooms that are compliant with AS/NZS4114.
i. storage in closed packages in one or more AS 1940 cabinets to a maximum aggregate quantity of 1,000 L;
ii. storage in closed packages with a maximum aggregate quantity of 450 L in a store in a building;
iii. storage of packages in a separate building or external storage area to a maximum aggregate quantity of 3,000 L;

Installation
The installation of Stationary Container Systems [Regulation 17.91(2)(b), Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Conditions: The authorisation for stationary container systems is limited to above ground tanks up to maximum capacity of 60,000 L per tank used or intended to be used to contain a class 3.1 hazardous liquid.
The authorisation for stationary container systems is limited to below ground tanks with a maximum capacity of 60,000 L per tank used or intended to be used to contain a class 3.1 hazardous liquid.
The authorisation for stationary container systems does not include vapourisers [Regulation 17.91(2)(f), Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

Conditions that apply for this authorisation
- Mr Palazzo must perform the functions of a compliance certifier in an objective manner that promotes safety.
- Mr Palazzo must remain a fit and proper person throughout the period of this authorisation.
