Class 2.1.1
Locations where class 2.1.1 substances are present [Regulation 10.34, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Scope: The certification of locations where class 2.1.1 substances are present is authorised for:
(i) packages (cylinders) to a maximum aggregate quantity of 5,000 kg (liquefied gases) or 5,000 cubic meters (permanent gases);
(ii) above ground stationary container systems to a maximum aggregate quantity of 6,000 L.

Class 3.1
Locations where class 3.1 substances are present [Regulation 10.34, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Scope: The certification of locations where class 3.1 substances are present is authorised for:
(i) storage in one or more cabinets;
(ii) storage of packages in a separate building or external storage area to a maximum aggregate quantity of 500 L;
(iii) storage in packages with a maximum aggregate quantity of 500 L in a store in a building;
(iv) locations containing stationary container systems holding up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 30,000 L;
(v) use up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 750 L; and
(vi) paint mixing rooms that are compliant with AS/NZS4114.
(i) storage in one or more cabinets;
(ii) storage of packages in a separate building or external storage area to a maximum aggregate quantity of 500 L;
(iii) storage in packages with a maximum aggregate quantity of 500 L in a store in a building;
(iv) locations containing stationary container systems holding up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 30,000 L;
(v) use up to a maximum aggregate quantity of 750 L; and
(vi) paint mixing rooms that are compliant with AS/NZS4114.
