Importation
Cylinder importation [Regulation 15.16, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]

Classes 6 or 8
Locations where classes 6 or 8 substances are present [Regulation 13.38, Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
 
 
Scope: The certification of locations where class 6 or 8 substances are present is limited to storage in packages up to a maximum quantity of 5,000 kg or 5,000 L.

Conditions that apply for this authorisation

  • Mr Wilson must perform the functions of a compliance certifier in an objective manner that promotes safety.
  • Mr Wilson must remain a fit and proper person throughout the period of this authorisation.
