Installation
The installation of Stationary Container Systems [Regulation 17.91(2)(b), Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017]
Conditions: The authorisation for stationary container systems is limited to above ground tanks a) installed prior to 1 July 2006 (existing) and; b) installed subsequent to 1 July 2006 which have previously been certified [Regulation 17.91(2)(b), Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017] up to maximum capacity of 2,000,000 L per tank used or intended to be used to contain a hazardous liquid.
The authorisation for stationary container systems includes new above ground tanks storing hazardous liquids up to a maximum capacity of 250,000 L.
The authorisation for stationary container systems does not include vapourisers [Regulation 17.91(2)(f), Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017].
The authorisation does not include stationary container systems that include transfer line between ship and stationary tank [Regulation 17.91(2)(i)(iii), Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017].
