Conditions: The authorisation for stationary container systems is limited to above ground and below ground tanks a) installed prior to 1 July 2006 (existing) and; b) installed subsequent to 1 July 2006 which have previously been certified [Regulation 17.91(2)(b), Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017].
The authorisation for stationary container systems is limited to above ground tanks with a maximum capacity of 60,000 L per tank used or intended to be used to contain a class 3.1 hazardous liquid.
The authorisation for stationary container systems is limited to below ground tanks with a maximum capacity of 60,000 L per tank used or intended to be used to contain a class 3.1 hazardous liquid.
